There are a lot of things that fascinate me, but one thing in particular comes to mind: outer space. 

Outer space is massive and terrifying. I learned in my college astronomy class that, if it were possible, you could travel around space and eventually reach your starting point again. So the whole universe is a sphere (?). I don't know how anyone knows that, but that's what they told us poor college students. Fascinating. And scary.

I thought of another thing that absolutely fascinates me! How pictures develop. Like, in a dark room. Expose the light onto photo paper, dip it in that water-like substance made from magic, watch the image appear, and hang it to dry. Fas.cin.at.ing. I once went with my friend Kim to our school's dark room to develop some pictures she had taken. I was freaking out, it was so amazing to me. Everyone should experience the magic that happens when photos are developed. It will blow your mind.
