Gardens, Temple, Museum, Globe

Hey. I think we all know now that I am the worst blogger in the history of blogging, but at least I haven't completely abandoned this here blog of mine. There are still more pictures from the magnificent UK that need to be shared!
This following bunch were all taken at Kew Gardens. And of course I'm obsessed with taking pictures of flowers so I absolutely loved it. I have never seen so many foreign plants in my whole life.
And here I am with my lovely girls!
We took a stroll on the tree-top walk that shook with every step. Exciting!
This Chilean wine palm is the tallest indoor plant in the world.
We were lucky enough to take a trip to the London Temple. We rode the tube, train, and a cab in order to get here! The grounds were positively gorgeous and the weather was perfect.
My favorite artifact at the British Museum was this pediment depicting the birth of Athena.
And England may or may not have taken/stolen these from Greece.
For good magical measure, I thought I'd throw in a picture of the best Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 2 ad on this double-decker bus.
Ron + Hermione Forever!
There are so many things in this picture that I love: Patria, Patria's Union Jack sunglasses, St. Paul's, the Millenium Bridge . . .
Look at that Globe Theatre! I was a groundling in there. A real-live groundling that I learned about in Mrs. Zundel's 9th grade English class. If someone had told me back then that I would have the opportunity to be a groundling at the one and only Globe Theatre in London one day, I would have laughed in your face. Then I would have said, "Really?!" with hands clasped to my heart and eyes twinkling with hope.
Oh, how I love London.
