Today is the first day of school for many in this fine state of Utah. For the past 16 years of my life, the end of August has brought me the first day of school as well. But not today. Not this month. Not even next month. It is so strange to be done with something that has been a part of my life for such a long time. And I kind of miss it. I miss signing up for classes and hoping I get in that one class. I miss finding the coolest folders to use and packing my pencil case with my favorite writing utensils. I miss spending time at the university library on the 4th floor (my favorite). I miss the activities with the free food. Not so much the activity part, but the free food part. NOTHING is better than free food.
